Room for 4 hours. You never see what's on Tunde's calendar.

  • Nobody is scored or ranked

The Friday problem

Yes on Monday.
Late on Friday.

Task boards know the work exists. Calendars know the time is taken. Neither tells you if the work fits. Tyma does.

How asking works

Ask with the answer in front of you

Step 1

See the cost first

Their open hours before the deadline, minus work they’ve already agreed to.

Step 2

Get an honest answer

They accept, decline with a reason, or propose a later day.

Step 3

Nothing slips quietly

Agreed work with no time set aside gets a nudge and a slot that fits.

If you ask for work

Know before it’s late

  • Real free time, before you ask
  • A yes, a no, or a better day — on Tuesday
  • No chasing: they get the nudge, not you

If you are asked

Your calendar stays yours

  • Colleagues see an amount, never what fills it
  • No scores, rankings or completion rates
  • Saying no is a normal answer

Your own week

Your week, read at a glance

All of it works for one person — no team needed.

  • Heavy days, markedClear, steady, full or overloaded — before you read a single event.
  • Times that work for everyoneShortlists inside everybody’s hours, in everybody’s timezone.
  • An assistant that asks firstWhen a day tips over, it proposes a fix and changes nothing until you say yes.

Getting started

Running in three steps

  1. Set your hours

Your working days and the times inside them.

  2. Connect Google Calendar

Tyma reads it and never changes it.

  3. Ask

For a piece of work, or for a time that suits everyone.

Questions people ask first

  • Can my manager see how busy I am?

Only as an amount of time, and only when they’re asking you for something. Never what your events are, and never compared with anybody.

  • What if I can’t take the work on?

Decline with a reason only the person who asked will read, or propose a later day. Nothing lands on your calendar until you say yes.

  • Do I need a team to use this?

No. Your week, your hours and the load marking all work for one person. A team adds asking for work and finding a time together.

  • What happens to my Google Calendar?

Tyma reads it and never changes it. If you like, it keeps one extra calendar called Tyma there, so your Tyma meetings and tasks show on your phone.

  • Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It installs to the home screen, shows your day with no connection, and sends reminders as push notifications.

  • Is it free?

For you, always. Organizations are free until 1 January 2027; after that Basic stays free and Pro is paid per person. Nothing starts charging on its own — an owner chooses to pay.
